Christine and I are saddened by the news of Aunt Edna’s passing. She will live in our memories as the loving, caring and strong woman / mother we always knew. Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Aunt Edna. May she rest in peace.
Brenda, Debbie and Brad,
We are thinking of you at this difficult time. Your mom was a tough cookie and a force to be reckoned with. I'll always remember her fun, yet no-nonsense approach to life and the many fun get-togethers back in our younger days. I'm glad I was able to see her not that long ago. In her memory we have made a $100 donation to Tourette Canada.
Mom,
An amazingly strong and inspirational women. Forever in my heart, you will be greatly missed.
Love Brenda
Condolences to the entire extended Allen family. May your considerable memories keep your mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, with you always, and provide comfort at this sad time. Thinking of you all.
DCAT chorus was a big part of our lives. I worked with Edna on many social events and my greatest memory was Xmas's when Dave & I hosted the DCAT party. The highlight was Jim & Edna aka Mr. & Mrs. Claus. They brought so much joy to all our children & grandchildren. I loved going to their home at Christmas to see all the decorations, inside & out.
Edna was a power of strength and I admired her immensely. We should all be as definite. The DCAT family misses her & Jim terribly.
My thoughts go out to all her family and know she will be missed.
Regards
Ellie & Dave Cameron
