It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Earl, peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2023, in his 95th year.
Loving husband to the late Ruth. Cherished father to Sherry (Larry), Scott (late Karen), and Todd (Jackie), predeceased by his son Curtis. Proud Papa to Melissa (Ryan), Jessica (Jason), Kristina (John), and Philip (Jacqulene). Great-Grandfather to Brooklyn, Jude, Madison, Arie, Shay, Everleigh, Abigail, Tyson, and Elliana. Step Great-Grandfather to Ana and Annikah. Earl will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
A visitation will be held at York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, North York, on Friday, December 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment at York Cemetery.
If desired, donations in memoriam may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Our deepest condolences to all of you. Thank you for sharing this amazing man with us. Our lives have been quite enriched by him. He always greeted us with big smiles and huge hugs...and so fondly and quickly told us a story about one of you. We are so lucky to have had him in our lives! Since our son & Earl's grand-daughter got together it has been our privilege to know Earl. His smile & quick wit always brought instant smiles to the faces of those around him. In recent years he was often quick to say he had a good life & was ready to meet his loving wife once again whenever the lord called. A lovely man & father who will be sadly missed !
