In memory of

Eamon Rocks

July 11, 1959 -  March 20, 2025

Eamon T Rocks- beloved son, brother, father and friend passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025. Born in Belfast on July 11, 1959, Eamon was a true wild Irish man. His zest for life was evident from the start. At 10, he moved to Canada with his family, the first of many adventures that would shape his wandering spirit. As the eldest of three brothers, he set the pace for a life filled with adventures and his passion for exploration, eventually circling the globe to live and work.

A skilled carpenter by trade, Eamon built more than just structures - he built lasting connections. His ability to make lifelong friends wherever he went was a testament to the warmth and energy he radiated. Whether he was biking through new terrains or strumming his guitar, Eamon approached life with enthusiasm that drew others to him.

Eamon often said the best day of his life was when his daughter was born, a sentiment reflected in the unconditional love he showered upon her. The admiration for his family was boundless; He was the kind of man who would move mountains for the people he cared for the most.

He leaves behind a world that is a little less bright, but filled with the echoes of his laughter, the melodies of his guitar, and the warmth of the connections he forged. May we all live a little more like Eamon - with passion, love, and an unquenchable thirst for the next big adventure. He is survived by his daughter Jesse, mother Marie, brothers Brian (Crysentha), Brendan (Anita), Mike (Anuja), and Jeff, his nephews Lucas, Adam, Evan, Tristan and Caelum and his nieces Anne and Audrey

This is a lovely tribute to Eamon.
He was also a unique poet.
I've been blessed to be part of his life and to be included here.
