In memory of

Dumitra Dragomir

October 24, 1932 -  December 5, 2020

Our dearest and most beloved mama, mamaie, GG (great grandmother), sister-in-law, god-mother and friend, passed on to begin her heavenly life at the age of 88. She lived her earthly life with grace and kindness, and touched so many hearts along the way.

Mimi, we thank you for the sacrifices you made and the deep love and joy you imprinted on the lives of so many, beyond your family and close circle of friends.

We will still feel you near us in moments of sadness, when we need your comfort and warm embrace the most. From now until forever, you will live on in our hearts, our thoughts, our moments of joy and laughter.

You are loved. You are missed.

Te iubim si ne este tare dor de tine.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
'God saw that she was getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So he put His arms around her
And whispered, ”Come with Me.”
With tearful eyes, we watched her suffer.
And saw her fade away.
Although we loved her dearly,
We could not make her stay.
A golden heart stopped beating.
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes ”the best".'
Me and my daughter had the fortune of having Mimi in our house and life for a while. She was always the most caring, sweet, helpful person.
For me she was like a mother and for Cristina she was "the other grandma".
We will always cherish her memory, she will always have a special place in our hearts.
Rest in peace our dear Mimi.
My deepest condolences to the whole family. i know how painful it is to loose a loved one but we know that she is now in God’s loving arms where there’s no more pain and sufferings.I will surely missed her , she’s one of the nicest patient/client in willowdale ...i witnessed how she loves her family especially when there were new videos of her great grandson she’s so excited and happy to share it with me! Rest in peace Mama (that’s how i call her)!
We had the privilege of having Mimi leaving with us for a while.
She was the most helpful, humble , sweet human being.
Dear Mimi you'll be terribly missed, you'll always be in our hearts.
