Sadly we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother surrounded by her family at the Toronto General Hospital on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at the age of 89. Loving wife of Hanh Quan (predeceased) for 69 years. Beloved mother of Nu and her husband Louis Leung, Amy and her husband Phap Khau, Nam and his wife Erica Kou, Cau and his late wife Nu Thi, Ted and his wife Lianna Tran, Jenny and her husband Quang Co, Vinh (predeceased), Joanne and her husband Ba Pham. Caring grandmother of Chanh and his wife Linh, Katie, Kenneth, Jonathan, Daniel, Brescia and her husband James, Catherine and her husband Thomas, James, Ivan, Ivy, Alex, Megan, Nicole. Cherished great grandmother of Emme and Marcus. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. We would like to thank the incredible medical team at the Bridgepoint Active Healthcare and the Toronto General Hospital for all their compassion and dedication, which was extended to our Mom.
