I went to high school with Nancy, Cathy, and Ken. I sat across from Nancy in German class, and can see her and hear her answers to this day. She was always spirited, determined, and ready to pursue her goals. She said that she loved eventing because of the communication and learning between rider and horse. I think she loved all animals. She died doing what she loved. Her sudden death is a terrible shock to all of us who knew her, and a terrible blow to her loving husband Rick, to Cathy and Ken, and to her nephews. My heart goes out to you all.
My deepest condolences. Nancy was a dear friend and a gifted colleague.

Nancy was a good and conscientious doctor who I enjoyed working with at HRH. My condolences to her family.

Nancy was such a generous and energetic person, a horse-riding and gardening enthusiast extraordinaire, and a lover of good wines. She was extremely full of life and was finally about to enjoy a semi-retirement when she passed away so unexpectedly.
I always enjoyed learning from her and taking with her, and will miss her greatly.
She had generously given me some herbs and plants for my little garden, so a little bit of her will live on elsewhere in Toronto and ever keep her memory alive in my heart.
My most heartfelt condolences to her lovely husband Rick.
