CROOKS, Douglas Frederick Albert

Peacefully on October 13, 2023 at Victoria Manor in Lindsay, Doug left us to be reunited with his wife of more than 50 years, Phyllis. Doug's joy of life, sense of humour and infectious personality will be missed immensely by daughter Karen (Brad Bird, sons Connor and Hayden) Lawrence (Tracy Spear) grandson's Liam and Brody, nephew Neill (Jennifer Clark) Brandon and Kyla. A postman for 30 years, soccer player, golfer and storyteller. The sun will shine a little less bright in our world without Doug in it.

It was truly a joy to know Dougie. Sorry to my dear friends Karen and Larry and families. I know your mom was waiting for him. His infectious smile and stories will be wonderful memories for all of us who were lucky to know him. Sending hugs to you all.
