Dear Pattie and family. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. She was always a very nice, and cool mom to our group of teenage girls. Keep her memories close to your heart. She always used to call me Julie Andrews.
I used to cross at Ms. Nugent's crosswalk at Wilson and Taylor almost 30 years ago. My friend Carrie Ward and I would stand and chat with her, even after we left elementary school and went to junior high. She was a wonderful person and I'll forever remember her laugh and her smile. I am so sorry for your loss.

gone but never forgotten
Our deepest sympathy, such a friendly and wonderful woman. She will be truly missed.
To my cousins Cindy & Patti, I wish to offer my deepest condolences on the passing of your Mother. I remember Aunt Dorothy fondly and always loved her voice which seemed to have a melody of its own and her laughter and the twinkle she would have in her eyes was magical! We had many great get togethers at the farm in Picton, and your Dad was always so attentive towards her and I loved his laughter as well! Your Mom alway brought this salad with marshmallows and grapes and whipped cream that was to die for, I've duplicated it as best I could on a few occasions! I'm glad that I was able to see Aunt Dorothy at Mom's 90th birthday celebration at Wolfe Island, and catch up a bit with you Patti. Now that I know your married names I will attempt to contact you on facebook so we can stay in touch! I can share pictures of beautiful BC.
For the daughter Gini who recently connected with Dorothy my condolences go out to you as well. Dorothy was a kind & loving person and I'm glad you got to meet her if only for a short while.
