Dorothy "Dot" Jean Ferrin

July 1, 1930 -  October 8, 2022


It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Dorothy Ferrin on October 8, 2022, at the age of 92 years.

Dot will be lovingly remembered by her children: Lynn (Trev), Joe (Alexa), Steve and Nancy; her grandchildren: Craig (Shelley), Morgan (Dorota), Dan (Michelle), Jeff, Tim (Kelly), Kayla, Sienna, Sam, and Kate; and great-grandchildren: Lauren, Hannah, Maya, Graeme, Bradley, Samantha, and Jacob; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Dot joins her loving husband, Joe; her parents, William and Isabella; sisters, Nancy and Betty; among many more loving embraces. She will be dearly missed.

Dot’s Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, October 12th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Meadowvale Funeral Centre (7732 Mavis Rd, Brampton, ON L6Y 5L5).

I didn’t get to know Nana on a personal level but I knew her through the stories Kate told me, and, wow! What a woman! She’s lived an incredible life and left behind a great legacy through her family.
