March 9, 1939 - July 30, 2020

Passed away peacefully at home on July 30th after a brave battle with cancer. Predeceased by her beloved husband David (2016). Loving mother of Scott (Julie) and Robert (Daisy). Dear sister of Audrey and Alec (2019). A special thank you to all her caregivers. Following Dorothy's request, a private service will be held.

Dorothy was not only a beloved sister, she was a best friend. She was an accomplished seamstress and sewing was her passion. She had an infectious laugh. Even on hard days, Dorothy could always find something to laugh about. I will miss her dearly. I will always remember and be amazed at the courage she showed throughout her illness.

I will always have the memory of Aunt Dorothy’s smile and laugh from the heart when I think of her. And I will never forget all the family get-togethers over the years. Ever remembered.

I am sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. When I last saw her at your Dad's Funeral she looked so well and in control of herself as she always did. May she rest in Peace.
