The family is saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Doris Marion Richardson.

She was predeceased by her husband Leonard of nearly 75 years, son Jim (Irene), daughter Denise, grandchildren Jodi (Brian), Chris (Heather), Zoey, Nikki and great-grandchildren Vivienne and Weston.

Mom was a very successful sales woman winning many awards over the years. Upon her retirement, Mom took up golf as well as doing guided seniors tours. She loved travelling with Dad as they explored the world.

Mom will be dearly missed by many. At the request of the family, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Baycrest Foundation or the charity of your choice.

Denise & Jim: I was so sorry to hear that Auntie Doris has passed away. Thinking about your mom I remember many Christmas dinners together, parties in your basement on Peterlee and the warmth of our families together. I was thrilled when she threw a baby shower for me and I have a great picture of my dad and Breanne as a little girl in your backyard at one of our family gatherings. You mom got me a summer job at Avery Label many years ago and she was always so interested in my life. I was very glad she was my 'aunt' growing up.

I know the last years of her life were not ideal and my thoughts are with you both during this sad time.
Love Janis

My sincere sympathy to the family in the loss of your Mother and Grandmother.

It is sad with covid that we have been unable to attend church in person and see our
long-time friends.

Sincerely
Jean Spencer
