Born in Oshawa in 1934, Don passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 88th year. Loving husband and best friend of Joyce. Proud father of Scott (Erica) and Brad (Mary-Lou). Adored grandfather of Warren, Nicholas, Andrew, Megan and Rylan. He will be fondly remembered by his many other extended family members and friends. Don enjoyed fishing and was a harness racing enthusiast. He was dedicated to his profession of Journeyman Pressman and enjoyed a rewarding career of over 46 years at various newspapers in Ontario with the last 26 at the Toronto Star. A private service and burial has been held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
