It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dieta Zuppinger. Dieta left us peacefully on October 30th, 2024, at Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto after a long struggle with cancer.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Ernest, her step-sons Anthony (Lori) and Marcus (Loni), and her grandchildren, Duncan and Quinn.

Dieta’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, who will fondly remember her bold, straightforward nature and her love of lively conversations. She approached life with humor and a down-to-earth charm that drew others to her. Despite her no-nonsense demeanor, she cared deeply for those around her, especially Ernest, whom she looked after with unwavering dedication.

Dieta will be deeply missed, but her warmth, strength, and love will remain with us always.
