It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dick Goon Hum on his 90th year, on October 24th, 2020 peacefully at L&A County General Hospital. Beloved by Sheung Hum. Dear father of Benson Hum (Tammy Hum), Jane Hum, Eddie Hum (Sandy Rogers), Edith Hum, Jimmy Hum (Faye Hum), Donny Hum, Danny Hum and Ricky Hum. Cherished grandfather of Jason Hum, Leah Hum, James Hum, Ashley Hum, Tenisha Hum, Cody Hum. Great- grandfather of James, Bella, and Oakley. He will be missed by many family, friends and local community members.

I knew Dick from working at Wallace's Drug Store, Lennox and Addington hospital and New York Cafe. Dick was always pleasant and always had a smile on his face. My deepest condolences to the Hum family.

Dick was a well known and respected man in the Napanee area. I grew up with Dick and his family and I will always have fond memories of this man. He always had a big smile for me every time. He will be truly missed . The New York Cafe is such an iconic restaurant in Napanee with always excellent cuisine.
