In memory of

Dianne Lynn Holden

December 14, 1950 -  November 10, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dianne Lynn Holden (nee Hutchison).

On Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the age of 73, our beloved wife, mother, and nanny passed away peacefully in her sleep at Michael Garron Hospital after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Preston, her children, James (Carrie) and Shannon (Rob), her beloved grandsons, Carson, Daniel, Nathan, Connor and Aiden, and her brother, Russell (Cheryl).

Dianne was a kind and gentle soul who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family would like to thank Dianne’s doctors, nurses and staff at Michael Garron Hospital for their kindness, compassion, and professional care.

Keeping with Dianne’s wishes, family and friends are invited to Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre located at 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough for visitation on Tuesday, November 19 from 1 - 2:30 pm. At 2:30 pm a few words will be spoken followed by her interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society and/or Canadian Cancer Society.

My sincere condolences on Diane's passing. I worked with Duane at Watts Restaurant in Eglinton Square Mall many many years ago. Her children were very young at that time snd won't remember me. We both lived in the apartments on Danforth Road. Preston may remember me.

Sorry for delay but only just found out.

Mandy
