Desmond Welch, 72, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2023. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend and partner in crime. Desmond was a man full of life and love, a world traveler and a sports fanatic. A selfless soul who gave generously and expected nothing in return. Gone too soon, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
