Dean (Geraldine) McDonell

February 16, 1946 - December 10, 2022

Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 76 on Saturday, December 10, 2022 after a brave battle with dementia. Beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Irene McDonell. Loving sister of Margaret Isenor, Predeceased by her sister Ann Hegelheimer, her brothers Gerard and Douglas. Dean will be forever cherished and missed by her partner Karen Dow, Jason and Susan Dow, her grandkids Alicia and Adam Dow and her cousin Patty Salonius. She will never be forgotten by her many nephews and niece. Special thank you to the palliative team of North York General Hospital and many P.S.W’s for all their help. Respecting Dean’s wishes a cremation has taken place and springtime interment will follow in Enfield, Nova Scotia.

I will miss Dean.We shared many laughs.
Dean was my best helper I had at Wrigley's.She was a fantastic worker and I am glad we crossed paths.Im sure she is flying high with the angels now.Rest easy my Friend 🌹💔😥🙏

Heartbroken by the loss of Dean. I fondly remember her feisty spirit and the many years of laughter we all shared, whether playing cards, walking the dogs, or just going round and having a cup of tea. She was a sweet, kind soul, and she will be dearly missed.
