May you rest in peace brother Danny!!

You were the eldest and a true leader among our nine siblings. We all looked up to you growing up and respected you as our big brother. Without you, it would be extremely hard to fill that void. We miss you.

I enjoyed your storytelling about working with our late father when you were young and the mischief that you got into. I remember your words of wisdom, "you are defined by the quality of your work". You were no doubt a great role model and a beloved figure in the culinary community. I am honoured to call you my brother. I will continue to hold your words dearly to my heart as an inspiration to always do my best.

I am sad and truly sorry that I did not spend enough time with you when you were in good health. I will forever treasure the time we spent together every Wednesday this past year, playing WordGuru by your bedside. We were a great team solving puzzles together. Wednesday will never be the same without you.

My thoughts and prayers will always be with you.

XOXOXOXO Flo
