It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Laszlo Sari, known to most as Danny. He passed away on February 5, 2025, at the age of 39 after a short illness, with family by his side. Laszlo was born in Debrecen, Hungary on November 22, 1985, but grew up in Thornhill, Ontario.

Laszlo was known for being kind-hearted to all, loyal, and unwaveringly protective of his loved ones. He had a smile that could light up any room, and was known for always being up for a good time with friends and family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and partner.

Laszlo is survived by his father Laszlo and mother Matild, his son Steven, his sister Judith, his nieces Olivia and Sofia, and his partner Jenny.

Although Laszlo is gone, he will live in our hearts, cherished forever. May he rest in peace.

Laszlo’s funeral will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre at 160 Beecroft Road in North York, Ontario, M2N 5Z5, with visitation beginning at 1pm and service at 2 pm, to be followed by burial at York Cemetery.
