Born in St. Miguel Azores, Portugal, Daniel immigrated to Canada as a teenager. On May 5th, 1979 he married Natalia Carvalho and remained together until her passing in September 2020. Loving father of Marlena (Preston) and Jason (Brittney and her daughter, Bailey) He adored his three beautiful grandchildren Alex, Marko and Bentle. Daniel is remembered as a hardworking man, He and Natalia worked endlessly to provide for their family. Together, they always enjoyed discovering new tropical places on yearly family vacations.
Daniel was a man of few words but when he did have something to say it was full of sarcasm and humor. He will be forever remembered and very much missed by all those who were lucky enough to have known him in Canada and the Azores.
