Daniel Albert Harper

April 29, 1933 -  March 12, 2024

Passed away peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital after a short illness, with his family at his side. Predeceased by his son, Michael Harper (Marilyn). Proud Father to his daughter Grace McNamara and son-in-law to Jeff Shankman; Grandfather to Derek McNamara (Sara), Michelle Harper and Miranda Harper, Great Grampa to Victoria & Kash. Predeceased by his Sister Marion Scott and brother-in-law Edward (Ted) Scott. Pre-deceased by his Brother George (Paulette). Will be greatly missed by his brother Donald (Nadine) and his many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road on Monday, March 18, with Visitation at 10 a.m. Service at 11 a.m. and Burial after. In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated if donations were made in his name to Markham-Stouffville Hospital ICU Unit or Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 11 or to the charity of your choice.
