Colleen passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on May 10, 2022. Loving wife of Trevor Edwards for 25 years. Mother of Gina Jones (Derek), Rita Vanderzwet (Mike),step mom to Steven Edwards and Kristen Edwards. Cherished Granny of Kelvin, Devan, Ava, Alisa, Jordis, Lilly, Abby, Heidi and Sebastian. Colleen was a loving sister of Doug (Cheryl), Sharon (John), Joe and Ed. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Tuesday May 17, 2022 from 9 am until time of Memorial service at 11 am. Donations will be gratefully accepted for R S McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre.

Colleen will be missed by so many. She was a fun loving person , our friend/ Family.
Over the years spent a lot of time up North. We shared so much together. Laughing, crying , celebrating with a bubbly. Playing cards. Relaxing. Colleen was definitely a very strong lady who fought until the final end. May you RIP , no more pain.
