Clyde M. Tucker

September 20, 1946 - August 2, 2023

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Clyde on Wednesday August 2nd, 2023 in the company of his loving family. Beloved father of Donna (Dave) Dickson, Sheila (Mark) Handson, Sarah Tucker, and predeceased by his son Mark Tucker. Dear grandfather of Katelin, Stephanie, Matthew and Kristian. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion, along with Dr. Paul Tam and his staff and Dr. Rodolfo Doninguez for their continued care and dedication of Clyde over the years. Clyde was born in Newfoundland and was proud of his roots, he left a lifetime of fond memories for his children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed. As per Clyde’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.

Bucky, I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. I can’t even explain what your friendship has meant to me over these 28 years. The great memories we have all shared will remain in my heart. You are truly the best father in law a son in law could have!! I’m not sure how everything is going to look without seeing you every day, I really can picture life without you right here with us… I guess I’m gonna have to try my best to get through this. It’s not going to be easy man. And as you already know I will always look after Sheila and Kris and together we will always be a strong unit. Thank you for all the things you have said and done you always have been a very strong presence in my life, I truly love you for that. I love you more than I could ever say in words ol’ Bucky. Rest in peace my friend you will always be right here with us! God love ya!

We got to spend time with him when he lived here in St. Philip's. We always had a good time and he loved to dance to the accordion. Always had a smile. May he rest in peace. Take care and God Bless

Deepest condolences to Clyde's family. Clyde my buddy, it is so hard to believe that you are gone, even though we haven't seen each other in so many years. You was like my best friend, I will cherish our memories and I will miss our many, many phone calls. You always had something to say, a little laugh, and you differently made your feelings about Trudeau clear. Clyde my friend, I will miss you every day of my life, until we meet again.
