Clifford William Trick

June 14, 1932 -  December 19, 2022

Son of Louis and Mae and brother of Phyllis (predeceased), Clifford went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2022 in his 91st year. Predeceased by his loving wife of 45 years Pauline (nee:Hooper) and Edith (nee:Hopkins). Loving father of daughters Hilda (Peter) Matthews and Ruth (Hugh) Spiegel. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Mike (Kim) Matthews and Tennille (Dwayne) Kerrigan as well as great grandsons Ryan, Owen & Clayton. Clifford with be greatly missed by extended family and his many friends. After retiring from General Motors , Clifford loved spending time at his trailers in Florida & Bobcaygeon. In his leisure and as health permitted, he enjoyed boating and playing golf. With a keen interest in electronics, Clifford was an amateur ham radio operator for many years. A Celebration of Clifford’s Life will be held at Thornton Funeral Centre Chapel (1200 ThorntonRoad North, Oshawa) on Friday, April 28th at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Clifford to the Heart and Stroke Foundation Canada or charity of your choice would be appreciated.

My sympathies to the Trick and Hooper families. Cliff was a fixture at Birch Cove. We all loved our time sharing a conversation with Cliff as he drove around the park.
He will be dearly missed.
