Peacefully passed away at Scarborough Grace Hospital on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Beloved husband of Jessie Lan Fan Wong. Loving father of Amy, Lawrence (Fanny Sun), and Simon (Winnie Chu). Cherished grandfather of Aaron, Ashley, and Benjamin. Clement will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.

Met Uncle Leung in the 80s. He was a fellow outdoorsman, fisherman; although we did not fish together, we had lots of fish stories from the same locations to swap during all the meals I shared with his generous loving family. You could always see his pride in the care of his lawn, garden and also his dogs. He was a man of the world who travelled the globe often, on many cruises with his soul mate, Jessie. He enjoyed a long and fruitful life with Auntie Jessie. Uncle Leung will be missed by all. Roy L.
