Survived by his wife Doreen of 54 years and their 3 children Garfield (Gary) Rose, Karen Rose and Darryl Rose. Sibling to Beverly Rose and Martin Andrews. Loving Grandfather of Reo Rose, Chanel Williams, Jordan Rose, Casen Porter and Dakota Sky Rose. Great-grandfather to Malaya Rose Williams. Clarence leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins around the world.

Throughout his working life Clarence worked at Ford Motors and General Post Office in the UK. Once migrated to Canada he worked at Scotiabank then General Motors until retirement.

Clarence was a free spirit who was young at heart with a great sense of humor. Clarence had maintained many lifelong friendships and was a mentor to many; who always had gems of wisdom to share. Clarence was held in high esteem by young and old alike.

He will be greatly missed by family and friends may his soul rest in peace.
