Cindy, I am still in complete shock and want you to know that I will always remember the Canlish days with you and my sister, Jen. You were always a ray of sunshine and someone who cared with all your heart. May you Rest In Paradise for all eternity. My most sincere condolences to all your family & dear friends who will miss you so very much. We may not have been in touch for many years but you are always in my heart. Love you Cindy xoxo ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ

Cindy was a year older than me (a huge difference back in grade school), but she always caught my attention in the playground and in our neighbourhood courtyards. She was young, beautiful, while also being rough and tumble who could easily play with the boys. Through her teen years she continued to amaze me at how amazing she carried herself, and although I know there was darkness and rough times, I always held her in high regard through her struggles... Decades later (and thanks to Facebook), I had the honour of quickly catching up with her online. Little did I know it would be the last time. But wouldn't you know it, she was still the amazingly tough, beautiful and resilient person I knew all those years ago... Cindy, we were never close, but I felt like I always had the honour of knowing who you are. I hope to see you again sometime!
