Christopher Joseph "Chris" Byrne

April 14, 1929 -  November 18, 2016

Chris passed away on Friday, November 18th at the age of 87 at Cawthra Gardens Long-term Care Facility in Mississauga. Chris was surrounded by his wife Bridget, daughter Deborah, son David and daughter Susan and their spouses Benjamin, Margaret and Michael. He will be missed by his four grandchildren Stefanie, Michael, Katherine and Dylan. He will also be deeply missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in Ireland.

The Family also wish to thank all the staff at Cawthra Gardens who took great care of their dad. They are kind, hardworking and dedicated staff.

That smile! Some of my best memories from growing up feature my "Uncle Chris" and the Byrne family. From Buckhorn to Rhode Island, Mississauga to Thornhill including the famed train derailment, we shared so much fun. I'm so sorry for your loss and will be thinking of you all this week.
