In memory of

Christopher Aaron Davis

October 3, 1965 -  June 16, 2022

You will be missed...

By your wife Carrie, with whom you created a beautiful family, a great business, an amazingly complicated, perfectly imperfect life, full of joy and so much love.

By your children, Reid and Lauren, for whom your tremendous patience and gentle guidance combined with your generous spirit helped to form into wonderful humans.

By your parents, Lee, Alan, Michael and Ines, the people who contributed in so many ways to allow the world to experience the wonderful presence of you.

By your siblings, Paul, Lesley and Jackie, for whom you set a tremendous example.

By your extended family, for your inclusive warmth and kindness.

By your Abbot family, past, present and future, your experience and leadership helped so many to grow and find their paths.

By the hundreds you counselled, clients and family members, who benefitted from your wise words of experience and support through some of life's most difficult challenges.

By the recovery community, where your many years of dedication, fellowship and service provided strength and hope.
By your friends, for whom you created memorable experiences through food, music and love.

By the bodies of water that you quietly and serenely graced in search of peace and comfort, and may you remain there always.

Chris sat on the selection committee for the Simon Wood Foundation and worked as a counsellor at Toronto’s Renascent, both causes were very near to his heart.

David and I were so saddened hearing the news of Chris passing. Chris was an absolute talent in the kitchen, could strum put a great tune and had a quiet strength. We have so many fond memories of being at the cottage together with Carrie and Chris and friends and family. And of course the Abbot became a wonderful place for because of Chris and Carrie. Our sincerest condolences to you Carrie and Reid and Lauren. He will be missed. Kerry & David
