In memory of

Christina Margaritha Worley (nee Gebski)

August 16, 1943 -

Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 3rd, with her beloved husband of 52 years, Richard and her greatest joy, her son Adrian, by her side. Her legacy of love, her three Grandchildren: Angus, Saxon and Vivienne. Remembered lovingly by her closest friends and family.

Born in Krakow, Poland, Christina immigrated to Canada in 1950 with her parents, Antony Gebski and Irena Gebski (nee Dolinskja). A linguist of over six languages, Christina was a teacher with the Toronto Board of Education for 37 years. In her retirement, she was an Arts and Crafts enthusiast, creating custom cards and enjoying travelling with Richard many times to England and abroad.

Family and Friends will be received Tuesday, March 11, at 1:00pm at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, and a small Catholic service will take place at 2pm. Private cremation to follow.

Richard and Adrian would like to thank the Isabel and Arthur Meighen Nursing Care Centre, and specifically Evelyne, her wonderful nurse, for all the loving care over the last years. Donations in Christina's name can be made to The Salvation Army or The Alzheimer's Society of Ontario.
