With great sorrow, Jack Chow devoted husband for 60 years to Shirley Chow (nee Wong) and beloved father to May, Milly (Eric), Paul (Helen) and the late Peter and the most amazing grandfather to Addison, Jaclyn, Joshua, Daniel and Benjamin passed peacefully in his sleep on January 9, 2021. He was an incredibly hard-working and selfless man who made tremendous sacrifices for his family. Family was everything to Jack. As a young man who came to Canada with no more than a few pennies to his name, he worked hard to save up enough money to marry and bring his new wife over to Canada to start a family. After years of hard work, he and his wife saved enough money to purchase a small restaurant which they ran until they retired in 2013 to travel and enjoy their expanding brood of grandchildren. In his final years, Jack doted on his grandchildren who brought him endless joy and happiness.
