We are sad to announce that Choi-Lun Fong-Yan had passed away on Feb. 14, 2022, at the age of 106.

She will be dearly missed, but in our hearts are memories, until we meet again.

Grandma loved KFC. In her later years she lost most of her teeth and I thought a solution was to buy KFC and puree it. She was not pleased and asked me why I ruined her chicken and I told her I was worried about her choking! She was a great cook and I don't think anyone in the family is equal to her.

Grandma was always a kind, forgiving and compassionate person. She was always in a happy mood. You will be in my memories forever. I will always miss your tomato porkchop with onions! You also ate all your lunch up to your last trip to the hospital. I’m so proud of you. You are such a fighter. RIP!
