Ching Hoa Tran passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 28, 2024. He was 96 years old.

Chinh Hoa Tran was a hard-working and intelligent man. He was knowledgeable about many topics, and continued to learn well into his old age.

Despite his studious and hard-working nature, he was also very down-to-earth and enjoyed the smaller things in life. He loved watching soccer and tuned into every international competition. He was also a loving grandfather to his family, taking the grandchildren to school and playing with them during many afternoons when they were young. He always took great care of his wife, even late into their years together.

Chinh Hoa Tran is preceded in death by six brothers and his wife. He is survived by two children, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren
