Derick was a fun, positive, friendly and loving family man his presence is going to be missed greatly. He always had a song in his heart and was willing to help everyone. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with Derick and truly will miss his funny stories, his singing, his positivity even on those gloomy winter days and his can do attitude. God bless his soul and please know that thru his stories it was more than evident his pride and joy were his children and loving wife. You are in my prayers and I truly do send you my deepest condolences.

Derick...I will truly miss you. We lost you much too soon. You were one of the most genuine people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting during the course of my career. I will miss meeting and chatting with you.
I will continue to guide and look after Shastrie, Calvin, Matthew and Daniel. May your soul rest in peace.
