Charles William "Bill" Simpson

November 3, 1929 -  February 1, 2017

Passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2017 at his home in Cobourg, ON. Loving husband of 58 years to Louise Janet Simpson, cherished father of John (Gigi) Simpson and Margaret Simpson, and adored grandfather of Sean and Carly Simpson.

Bill was a draftsman at Scintrex in his working years. He enjoyed many hobbies including boat building, wood working, water skiing, camping, canoe trips, bowling, tennis, horseback riding and model trains. He loved to travel and visited many places with Louise. Bill also loved animals throughout his life especially his horse Jake, his many pets and had an appreciation for birds.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday February 11, 2017 at the YORK FUNERAL CENTRE (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, 416-221-3404), with visitation one hour prior. Burial at the York Cemetery, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
