Charles Webb Francis departed this life Wednesday June 14, 2023 at 11:50pm in Jamaica WI.
Charles was born August 16, 1942 in St Ann Parish, Jamaica.
He was the son of the late Mathew and Hepzibah Francis.
Charles immigrated to Canada where he and Florence continued to raise their children.
Charles worked at St Joseph Health Centre and retired at age 58.
At the age of 60 he returned to his native Jamaica.
Charles was outgoing and friendly. He loved watching boxing and listening to music.
Charles is survived by his loving wife Florence, two sons Lennox & Peter, two daughters Althea & Nadine, two daughters- in- law, two sons- in- law; two brothers, 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many relatives and friends.

Sincere condolences to Florence and the entire family.
We were truly blessed to have had the family as neighbors for many years.
After Charles and Florence retired and returned to Jamaica our relationship continued. So much so we considered ourselves family.

Charlie’s joyful personality was always refreshing.
He was such a very good and kind friend.

While it may be very difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory bring you all comfort.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal
Love leaves a memory no one can steal

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let Your perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.
