CAMPBELL, Charles Edward

Passed away on June 1, 2019 at Bay Ridges Long Term Care Facility at the age of 93 with family by his side after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s.

Beloved husband of the late Marjorie Campbell (Forsythe). Cherished father of Carroll, Jody, Lorraine (deceased), Marilyn, Wayne, Gary, Tracy and Susan. Proud grandfather of Stacey (Roy), Laurie Lynn, John (Tara), Lorraine, Kevin, Tara Lynn (Andrew), Heather (Duane), Sarah, Justin, Tarah, Devon and Breanna. Great grandfather of Alicia (Matt), Ryan, Chase, Sydney, Taylor, Justin, Tanner, Andrea, Owen, Brenna and Kiarah. Great Great grandfather of Cheyenne, Brooklyn and Charlotte.

He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Charlie’s greatest passion was music which he enjoyed his entire life. He was a great self-taught musician who played the guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, keyboards and accordion.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Bay Ridges Long Term Care for their care and compassion.

There will be a private family service and Interment will be in Nova Scotia. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
