Passed away peacefully on May 4, 2018 at Mt. Sinai Hospital at the age of 72 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Chung Ping Cho 曹仲屏 for 44 years. Cherished father of Tony 鍾志誠, Maria 鍾順敏 (Ryan Ho 何彥琦) and David 鍾志威 (Alice Chan 陳頴琛). Loving grandfather of Hayley Chung 鍾禧然, Hayden Chung 鍾熹嵐, Sebastian Ho 何柏淳, Sylvester Ho 何柏譽, Nathan Chung 鍾文樂 and Nicholas Chung 鍾文希.

Family and friends will be received at Meadowvale Cemetery & Funeral Centre (7732 Mavis Road) on Friday, May 11 from 9-10:30 a.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. followed by cremation and reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Princess Margaret Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
