Chak-Chiu Kwan

August 7, 1944 - December 23, 2020

Chak-Chiu Kwan passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on December 23, 2020 after his courageous fight against cancer.

He devoted his life to caring for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his wife Mary, and his children, Jennie, Donny, and Jenet.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital where he was so fortunate to receive such good care during his fight against cancer.

吾夫澤潮：
回首我倆相識相知相愛相守五十餘載，能伴你走到盡頭，這生無憾，感上天恩厚，歡樂家庭父慈兒女孝，今君離我而去頓感無依，痛不欲生，遺命不敢忘，當与兒女共渡餘生，以報君一生愛䕶之恩情，緣續來生，永遠懷念你。
