Passed away peacefully at the age of 91, with his son by his side. Beloved husband of the late Winona Joy Anderson (nee Maclachlan). Father to Donald. Cherished and loving grandfather of Tegan and Elizabeth. Great grandfather to Harper. Loving brother to Beth, Claire, Kitty, Janet, and Ruby. Pre deceased by his twin brother Eddie, his brothers Harold, John, Claude (Hop), his sisters Ethel, and Marjorie Diana.
Employed until his passing, Cecil, also known as Cec had a full career in the sales industry. Bored with retirement, he also worked more than 30 years into his 91st year as a superintendent. He had a passion for cooking, plants, his cars, and visiting family and friends. He was an avid supporter of the local fire stations food drive. Also knows by many as the candy man, he always had worthers in his pockets to hand out wherever he went.
A celebration of life to be held on Saturday December 8, 2018 between 1:00 and 4:00pm at the Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 275 Lesmill Road, North York (416-441-1580).
