For 16 years I worked side by side with Catinca. She became more than a colleague… she was a very good friend. She loved to talk about her beloved Husband and beautiful daughter Bianca, who she loved and adored so deeply, when she spoke of them with such pride. She also adored her son in law and was grateful for the support and love she felt from him. She told me she was a bit afraid of your boxer LOL.
Catinca was brilliant at her job and had a great sense of humour. She loved to travel to hot sunny places like Cuba & Costa Rica. She always came back beautifully tanned and a big smile!!
I am grateful to have attended her retirement party in 2022 and was fortunate to have a lovely lunch with her in December 2023 (at her favourite Swiss Chalet!!) and again, sadly the day before she passed. I told her we will always carry her in our hearts and to picture herself on a beautiful beach and she smiled. I will treasure the memories we had and know she is in God’s Paradise with her beloved Husband. Together Again♥️♥️
May God carry you through this difficult time Bianca. You too are in our hearts.
Love & Prayers,
Robynne.
To Bianca and her family
My heart goes out to you at this very difficult time. I send you a big hug Bianca, you have my full support.
With love, Eve
I'm at a loss for words .I am really shocked to hear this sad news. I worked with Catinca at the Region of Peel for over 8 years. Catinca was an exceptional work colleague. It was so pleasant to work with her. Always in a good mood, positive, supportive and very professional. We eventually found out that we lived around the corner from one another. She is definitely one in a million and I will forever value our conversations and great advice she would give me. Fly high and free angel

Dear Badescu Family and Friends,
I wanted to express my condolences on Catinca's passing.
I have so many good memories with her and could always depend on her to speak the truth and give her much appreciated opinion.
I will miss her but will also treasure my conversations with her, the work lessons she shared with me and her memory.
Kindest regards,
Robert Fong
