On Sunday, February 10th, our lives were changed suddenly by the passing of Catherine Stewart. To call it a loss is an understatement, as she was many things to many people: beloved wife and foil to Arnie; treasured mother and much more to Kim and Adam; best friend and daughter to Marjorie; wise older sister to Kim; freckeled younger sister to Dave; and, most recently, adored Grammy to Marceline the Dancing Queen. She had the imagination of an artist and the logic of a scientist, and always did her best to spread kindness and comfort to those who needed it. She believed in aliens and angels, but mostly in those closest to her. She was clever and witty, generous and kind, a deliverer of biting commentary. Because of all of these reasons, and many more, we are all better for having had the privilege of loving her.
