Caroline Lee Shee, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister-in-law, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 7th, 2025. She was 70 years old.

Born on September 16, 1954, in Portsmouth, England, Caroline was the daughter of Reginald and Mary Rees. She was known for her warmth, kindness, and love of family. Caroline cherished her husband, David Lee Shee, and was a proud mother to Timothy Lee Shee (Michelle Desormeaux) and to Jeff Lee Shee and Kim Lee Shee. Her heart blossomed in her role as grandmother to Charlotte Lee Shee and Charlotte's brother and sister, Matthew and Emily Gardiner, creating countless joyful memories through storytelling and adventures. She is also survived by her brother-in-law George Lee Shee, sister-in-law Veronica Lee Shee, her nieces Natalie Calderon, Pamela Calderon, Natara Lee Shee, Natasha Lee Shee, nephew Anthony Calderon, and numerous great-nieces and nephews. Her spirit and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

A celebration of Caroline's life will be held on Wednesday, January 15th, at 10 AM at Thorton Funeral Home. Friends and family are welcome to join in honoring her memory.
