In memory of

Carol Stott

November 23, 1958 -  November 13, 2023

In loving memory, Carol peacefully departed on November 13, 2023, at the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry, surrounded by the warmth of her family. A devoted wife to Daniel for over 45 years, she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Carol was a nurturing mother to Derek, Christian, and Erin, a beloved sister to Pattie, a loved grandmother to Daniel Junior and the precious daughter of Clifford and Marie Soundy. In addition to her immediate family, she is remembered fondly by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who were touched by her kindness.
Her passions for her family, baking, gardening, and the environment will forever be remembered by all who knew her. Carol had a positive impact on many individuals' lives, and her influence will be treasured by those she touched. Friends and well-wishers are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, on November 17, 2023, from 4-8 pm. A Celebration of Carol's Life will be held in the chapel on Saturday, November 18, at 11 am.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations to Oak Ridges Hospice can be made at https://www.oakridgeshospice.com/donatetoorh.
Expressions of condolence and memories of Carol can be shared at www.etouch.ca as we honor and remember a life well-lived.

Carol was always a kind hearted soul. I met her back in 2001, and she was a supporting and loving mother to her son, and one of my best friends, Derek. Even when we were being a pain in the behind she stayed calm and loving at all times. You will be loved and in the hearts of many forever and always.
