Carmen Evadney Anderson-Kondell

October 9, 1948 -  November 20, 2021

On Saturday November 20, Carmen was laid to rest and will rise when her Lord and Savior calls her to heaven. She will be remembered with love by her children; Fitzroy, Richard, Dale, Nicole, Maurice, and Melissa. She was predeceased by her adored son, Marky. Her kind and caring nature will forever be cherished by her 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is loved and survived by her 7 siblings.

Carmen was a founding member of the Agape Temple Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She will be fondly remembered for her devotion to her faith, her love of reading the Bible and finding strength from its scripture. Carmen could often be found in the kitchen cooking and baking her favourite dishes. Some of her pastimes included being in nature and enjoying beautiful fresh flowers, as well as admiring horses.

A visitation will take place on Monday November 29, 2021 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre - Pickering, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering. Please note that this is a limited capacity visitation. Masks required to enter the funeral home and COVID-19 protocol is in place.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday November 30, 2021 at 11:00am at the Agape Temple Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1999 Fairport Road, Pickering. Interment to follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, 541 Taunton Road, Ajax.

Guests who are attending the funeral service are asked to kindly RSVP with the family.

Nicole, Dale, Fitzroy and Melissa - So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I had fond memories of Sis Kondell especially during the Dunbarton Fairport days. I hope you feel the love from your family and Agape family.
