My condolences to Margaret, Tammie, Mike, Mark, George and the rest of the family. I always think of Uncle Bryan as a man of wit, quick with a quip and a funny story. Lover of furry friends and written word that he loved to share whenever we saw him and my favourite cheesecake chef. My favourite memory was seeing Uncle Bryan roll up to the cottage marina... middle of summer in full black leathers on his bike. Peeling off his sunglasses like a celebrity. I think some may disagree, but I believe he was the master and title holder of the 'Cook Goodbye' (though some rival his abilities). With love and fondness until we meet again, xox.
