It is with great sadness to announce that on Monday April 6, 2020, Bruce David Hachey passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, following a lengthy battle with kidney and liver disease at the age of 69 years. Bruce leaves behind his beloved wife and soulmate of 50 years Joanne, his 2 sons Jason (Mercedes), Shawn (Lisa), 5 grandchildren Lucas, Samantha, Tyler, Makenzie and one on the way (Quinn), brother Wayne (Jayne), sister Debbie (Eddie), sister Laura (predeceased) along with numerous nieces, nephews, inlaws, extended family and dear friends who will forever remember him with a song and a smile and hold him close to their hearts.

It is with great sadness to announce that on Wednesday April 28, 2021, Joanne Margarite Hachey passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 69 years. Joanne was predeceased by her beloved husband and soulmate of 50 years Bruce, whom she is now reunited with once again along with sister Mary (Bob). Joanne leaves behind her 2 sons Jason (Mercedes), Shawn (Lisa), 5 grandchildren Lucas, Samantha, Tyler, Makenzie and Quinn, brother Pat (Sharon), sister Carolyn (Frank) along with numerous nieces, nephews, inlaws, extended family and dear friends who will forever remember her and hold her close to their hearts.

My brother Bruce and his Beautiful wife Joanne have been a huge part of our lives and everyone who was fortunate to know them. They made you smile laugh and song songs together leaving you with a joyful warm feeling inside . Just being around them and the LOVE they had for each other lifted your spirit whenever you visited them . We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to have them in our lives and our memories God Bless you Bruce and Joanne all our love Wayne and Jayne ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏!!!

Joanne was a beautiful lady and a terrific human being, who i had the good fortune to work with for many years. I think of her often and miss her dearly. I know that she is in a much better place.

My beloved aunt and uncle. Glad we are all finally getting together to celebrate your lives together. Miss uncie bruce ( my name for him) calling me saying hey Maggie come over or just to say hi atleast once a week. Miss aunts Jo's smile and one of a kind heart. We deeply miss both Bruce and Joanne, but we have very good memories of spending a lot of time with them, in our younger years especially. They were both very good, kind and loving people. The world is just a little bit dimmer without them in it.
