We are saddened to announce the passing of Brenda Ollivierre (Slack), after a
courageous battle with cancer.
Brenda is deeply mourned by her loving husband Raf, daughters Michelle and Lauren,
son-in-law Dwight, and grandchildren Amira, Sophia, and Johann. She will also, be deeply missed by her 98-year-old mother Leonie. Brenda will be remembered fondly by her sisters-in-law Betty and Glenda as well as her honorary grandchildren Eric, Matt, and Zack.
Waiting on the other side to dance with her, is her father Austin, her grandmother
Daphne, her Aunt Judith, her mother-in-law Eulie, sister-in-law Ira, and her very dear
friends Ruth and Graham. Just as in life, she will be surrounded by all the people whose
lives she has touched.
Brenda’s life will be celebrated on Saturday August 29 th at Pine Hills Cemetery and
Funeral Centre. Details below.
Those close to her know that her favourite colour was red and her mood was always
bright. So we welcome you to wear red or any bright colour of your choosing in honour
of her colourful life.
