It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Betty Roocroft. She passed away peacefully in her 88th year at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Betty was the beloved wife of 68yrs to Kenneth Roocroft. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Roocroft Jr. (Patty) and her cherished daughter, Lynne Eibich. Her memory and legacy will live on through her grandson, James (Nicole) Roocroft, granddaughters Jessica Roocroft, Sarah Eibich (Paul Gerditschke) and Elaina Eibich (Chris Smith); great-grandchildren Lilian, Addilyn, Emma and Amelia. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Peggy and brother George and countless of other family members in England.
Funeral service will be held on Friday August 12th at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre’s-Pickering, 1057 Brock Rd Pickering at 1230 with visitation one hour prior. Following the service with a reception at the funeral home.
