In memory of

Betty Jean Uens

December 29, 1932 -  January 28, 2022

Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28th, 2022, in her 90th year at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Loving mother of Glen (Cathy) and Cindy (Terry Trainor). Cherished grandmother of Tonya, Graig (Eleanor), Clay and Chelsey (Tom). Proud GG of Paisley, Emma and Malcolm. Dear sister of Alice, Willena, Marion, Nancy, Wendy, Doug, Bill, Frank, Glen and Rosemary. Betty is predeceased by her parents Archibald and Lillian Kirkpatrick and her sister Joyce. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Betty possessed a generosity and kindness that was felt by all who knew her. She was a proud retired employee of Bank of Montreal stationed at the Oshawa Centre branch and a devoted member of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church. In her spare time, she adored knitting and spoiling her grandchildren.
A special thank you to the staff at Lakeview Manor for their continued care and compassion shown to Betty. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
